I’m Hannah — a creative consultant and video strategist who’s helped over 300+ DTC and eCommerce brands scale with content that’s authentic, strategic, and rooted in performance. Brands have spent over $20M promoting the ads I’ve created for them. Now, I’m looking for a rockstar editor to push the next wave of high-impact content.
Your mission: Help me craft compelling, conversion-driven short-form video ads and branded content that stops thumbs and drives sales — with fast turnarounds and crystal-clear communication.

🎯 What You'll Actually Do
You won’t be just “editing clips.”
You’ll be shaping the first 3 seconds that determine ROAS.
You’ll take raw UGC or brand footage and turn it into performance-first creative that gets results.
You will:
- Edit short-form videos (primarily TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) with a strong understanding of hook, pacing, and storytelling
- Integrate brand strategy, voice, and goals into every cut
- Collaborate with our team to iterate quickly based on data and feedback
- Keep up with social trends, ad styles, and winning formats in the DTC space
- Communicate proactively with clear status updates and availability
- Deliver edits promptly — we move fast and need someone who thrives in that rhythm

🧬 You Might Be A Fit If...
You’re not just a “video editor.” You’re a creative problem solver who gets excited by the strategy behind the scroll.
You likely:
- Are fluent in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or your choice of pro editing tools
- Know how to cut to the beat, match trends, and structure around key messaging
- Follow creative brief instructions accurately and with deep attention-to-detail
- Have experience working with DTC brands or short-form ads
- Are highly organized, self-led, and comfortable with remote async workflows
- Thrive on fast turnarounds, feedback loops, and collaboration
- Have worked on UGC-style or founder-led content
